We offer collection on all panels ordered through our website. For larger orders, delivery may be available, enquire for details.

For Delivery orders – we do advise you when your order has left us and is en route to you and generally you will get a call from one of our team the day before delivery.

What this means for you?

If there are any stock issues or delays beyond our normal timeframes then we will be in touch with you by email. Our intention is to get your order delivered without damage in a timely manner.

Our kennel range and dog cabins are built to order so the lead time may be longer and we will advise you of this soon after you have ordered. If you need to know how long this might take before ordering then please contact us on 01785 559555 or email us at sales@easyanimal.co.uk.  builds can take up to a week to complete, depending on the time of year. If you require a rough delivery estimate before placing your order, please give us a call or email us.

Delivery Timescales

We know how important a fast and efficient dog panel service is for our customers. For dog panel orders, we aim to deliver within 4 – 6 working days although we will try to deliver this sooner if we can.. If your order is required urgently then we recommend that you contact us prior to ordering to see if this is achievable.

Unfortunately some postcodes cannot be delivered to without a lot more planning and lead times, if you are in the following postcodes then please contact us to check if an order is possible – GY, JE, ZE, HS1-9, IM, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA30, PA32-34, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44
